Mothers day event on Saturday 17th March 2007
organised by the young mothers of Kadwa Patidar
Samaj was a great success. Some 500 guests who
attended the party had a good time and managed
to raise £1500.00 for the Breast Cancer Care Charity.
A cheque was presented on the night to the Charity.
Some Guests were lucky to go home with some
incredible raffle prizes. More pictures of the event on

Navratri celebrations 2001
It was the best attended event this year although fewer people were on Friday. 
The committee members had worked hard to provide the best for it's members. 
Many thanks to Mohanbhai and his team to make this event a success. We also
had a representative from Harrow Council on this Occasion and was very pleased
to see that Kadwa Patidar Samaj was promoting Cultural festivals and also pleased
by the members participation.

Drama in Aid of Sangat Community raised £2501
Kirit Vyas Drama 'Tara Sam Taroj Chhu'
was organised to raise funds for Sangat
Community and was again a great success. 
A grand sum £2501 was presented to
Kantibhai Nagda of Sangat Community Centre. 
He Accepted the funds raised and said that
it will put to good use.  He also pointed out that
Sangat provides free Legal advice to everyone,
may it be immigration, social security, rent or
landlord  or any other issues?  Many thanks to
everyone involved in organising this drama
especially Gordhandas for arranging the tickets
sales and a lot of the organising that made
this drama a success.


Senior Citizen Group 2001
This is the most active group in our society lead by Babulal Makadia and Maganbhai Bhimani.
The groupwere awarded a Millennium award and proceeds were spend on exercise equipment
and books. They meet every Tuesday The most memorable events last year were the trip to
France and the other to Southampton. One day Snah Samelan in August 2001in the honour
of the members of 85years and over (only 8 of 18 were present)  with
Mr.Rameshbhai Patel (Brent Mayor) and Mr.Gopalbhai from Rajkot as Chief Guests.

Health Check Seminar 2002
Health Check seminar was organised by Dr. Depani and Dr. Shushilaben on the morning of the
annual general meeting and was a great success.  Many thanks to all the medical team for their
help.  It was such a success that it is decided that we will have this as a annual event.  It gave
a chance for everyone to gain advice and have a general check up.  Among the checks carried
out were Weight (e.g. obesity), Blood Pressure, Diabetes, Arthritis, Dental Health, Children's
Health, Women's Health, Men's Health and the health of the Eyes.

Annual General Meeting 2002
Reflection on last years achievements , Hall Refurbishment, active participation of our youth,
education, Cultural activities and facilities for Midland and North of England were among some
of the hot topics.  Then a election was carried out to select a committee to carry out this years
